Every new account starts with a sample, Sample: viewing at 42 Maple Avenue. Open it to see what Juno writes. It doesn’t count toward your recording time. If you delete it, it doesn’t come back.
Ask before you record. You are responsible for getting everyone’s consent, and Juno asks you to confirm it.

Record a conversation

Use the pen, your phone, or any recorder.

Add the file

In the app, click Add, then Upload audio files. You can also drop audio files on the page. On your phone, tap Choose audio files.

Keep working

The upload runs in the background. On a computer, leave the tab open until it says Recording uploaded.

Open your notes

Notes arrive in a few minutes. You’ll see Your recording ”…” is ready. Click Open it. We also email you the summary.
