The pen add-on

Add the pen when you sign up, with either plan. We ship it to the address you give on the sign-up form. We ship pens within the United States, Chile and Brazil. You can also use Juno without the pen: your phone, WhatsApp voice notes, Plaud, Pocket, or any recorder that gives you audio or a transcript.

If your pen arrives damaged, tell us within 14 days at hello@tryjunoapp.com and we’ll replace it.

Card and invoices

Go to Settings → Billing → Card and invoices and click Open billing to update your card or download invoices. If a payment fails, your account becomes read-only until you update your card.
