Plug the pen into your computer
2
Click Add, then Connect pen
The first time, Juno shows a short picture guide. Click Connect pen there too.
3
Choose JUNO or USB-DISK
A window opens. On the left, click JUNO or USB-DISK (that’s your pen), then Select. Choose the drive itself, not a folder inside it. The recordings inside may look grey. That’s normal.
4
Allow it
Your browser asks twice. Click View files, then Edit files.
What Juno does when you plug in the pen
- Sets the pen’s clock, so your recordings get the right date. You’ll see Pen clock set.
- Writes your pen settings onto the pen. See Your pen settings.
- Looks for new recordings. Home shows Your Juno Pen is connected with how many new recordings there are.
If Home says Plugged in? Connect it to see new recordings., your browser wants a click before it lets Juno in again. Click Connect pen.
Upload new recordings
Click Upload the recording (or Upload 3 recordings, for example). Juno skips the recordings it already has. If there’s nothing new, you’ll see Everything on your pen is already in Juno.Free up space on your pen
After an upload, Juno asks Free up space on your pen?- Remove from pen deletes only the recordings that are safely in Juno.
- Keep them leaves everything on the pen.
- Always do this is ticked, so Juno remembers your answer. You can change it any time in Your pen settings.
Safari, iPhone and other browsers
Safari, phones and Firefox can’t connect to the pen directly. You can still upload: choose the pen’s files with Add, like any other audio. See Upload recordings. While it uploads, you’ll see Uploading takes a few seconds — keep this page open. These browsers can’t set the pen’s clock or free up space for you. To clear the pen by hand:- On a Mac: open JUNO or USB-DISK in Finder, move the recordings to the Trash, then empty the Trash before you unplug the pen. Or select them and press ⌥ ⌘ ⌫ to delete them at once.
- On an iPhone: open the Files app, tap JUNO or USB-DISK, tap Select, choose the recordings, then tap Delete.
