# Plaud, Pocket and other recorders

> Use any recorder that gives you audio or text.

Juno doesn't need its own pen. If your recorder or app can export a file, Juno can work with it.

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="Got an audio file?" icon="file-audio" href="/recordings/upload">
    Upload it like a pen file: MP3, M4A, WAV and more.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Got a transcript?" icon="file-lines" href="/recordings/import-a-transcript">
    Import the text. Juno writes the notes from it.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

Phone voice memos work too. You can also [send audio on WhatsApp](/recordings/send-on-whatsapp).

<Note>
  Juno doesn't connect directly to Plaud, Pocket or Otter accounts. Export the file from their app first.
