# Delete your data or account

> Delete a recording yourself, or ask us to delete everything.

## Delete one recording

Open the recording, click **More**, then **Delete**, and confirm. The recording, its notes and its audio are deleted for good.

## Delete your whole account

Write to [hello@tryjunoapp.com](mailto:hello@tryjunoapp.com) from the email address you use for Juno, and ask us to delete your account. We aim to reply within 15 days.

We delete your recordings, transcripts, notes and people. If you connected Google, we revoke our access and delete your Google tokens and calendar data. Copies can remain in our providers' backups for a limited time. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

<Tip>
  Cancel your plan first in **Settings → Billing**, so you're not charged again. See [Cancel or pause](/billing/cancel-or-pause).
</Tip>

## Other rights

You can also ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to stop a particular use of it. Write to the same address.

## If your plan ends

If you cancel and don't come back, your account stays read-only for 12 months, then we delete it.
