# Audio deletion after 90 days

> Audio files are deleted after 90 days. Your notes and transcripts stay.

We delete the audio file of each recording **90 days after you upload it**. The transcript, notes, to-dos and people stay until you delete the recording.

## Keep the audio of a recording

In the last 5 days before deletion, the recording page shows a message: **The audio file of this recording will be deleted in N days**.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the recording" />

  <Step title="Click Keep this audio">
    It now says **Audio kept**. Click **Undo** if you change your mind.
  </Step>
</Steps>

You can also ask Juno on WhatsApp: "keep the audio of the Maple Avenue viewing".

<Note>
  Audio you send on WhatsApp is never kept in our file storage, so there's nothing to delete or keep.
