# The briefing email

> A summary in your inbox after each recording, and how to send it to others.

When the notes for a recording are ready, Juno emails you a briefing: the summary, what you might have missed, and what's still open.

* Upload several files within 30 minutes and you get one email for all of them.
* Redoing the notes doesn't send the email again.

## Send the briefing to someone else

On WhatsApp, say "email the briefing to Sarah". Juno asks before it sends anything to someone else.
