# Send email from your own address

> Connect Gmail or Outlook so the emails Juno drafts go out from you.

Juno drafts emails for you: follow-ups, briefings, next steps. Connect your email and those drafts go out from your own address, and land in your Sent folder.

## Connect an address

**1. Go to Settings → Connections**

Under **Email & calendar**, find **Google** or **Outlook / Microsoft 365**.

**2. Click Connect a Google account (or Connect an Outlook account)**

Google or Microsoft asks to send email as you and to see and add events on that account's calendar. Untick what you don't want.

**3. Done**

You'll see **Drafts can go out from it now.**

You can also say "connect my Gmail" to Juno on WhatsApp, and it sends you a link.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Juno only sends drafts you've seen and told it to send, one at a time. It can't read, search or delete your mail.

## More than one address

Connect up to 5 Google addresses and 5 Microsoft addresses, work and personal.

* One of them is the **Default for email**. Click **Make default for email** to change it.
* Juno remembers which address you last used for each person.
* To switch for one email, say "send it from my work email" before you send. Juno shows you the draft again.

## How sending works

**1. Ask for a draft**

For example: "Draft an email to Sarah with the next steps".

**2. Read it**

The draft shows who it's **From**. Ask for changes in plain words.

**3. Say send it**

The email only goes out when you say "send it".

Every draft also comes with a link to open it in Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo Mail, if you'd rather send it yourself.

## Without a connected address

If you haven't connected Gmail or Outlook, "send it" sends the email from Juno as "your name via Juno", and replies go to you.

## Disconnect

In **Settings → Connections**, open the address and click **Disconnect**. Emails already sent stay where they are.
