# Your calendar in Juno

> Every Google and Outlook calendar you connected, in one place, with the notes of past meetings and a brief before the next ones.

Click **Calendar** in the sidebar. On a phone, tap **Calendar** at the bottom.

It shows every Google and Outlook calendar connected to Juno, side by side. If you haven't connected one yet, click **Connect a calendar**. See [Google Calendar](/connect/google-calendar) and [Outlook](/connect/apple-and-outlook).

> [!NOTE]
>
> Apple Calendar and iCloud calendars can't be shown here. You can still add meetings to them with [one-tap links](/connect/apple-and-outlook#one-tap-links-apple-calendar-and-more).

## Find your way around

**On a computer**, choose **Week** or **Month**. Use the arrows to go back and forward, and **Today** to come back.

> [!TIP]
>
> Keyboard shortcuts on a computer: **T** for today, **←** and **→** to move, **W** for week, **M** for month and **N** for a new event.

**On a phone**, you see a week strip and one day below it.

* Swipe sideways to go to the next or previous day. Swipe the week strip for the next or previous week.
* Tap the month at the top to see the whole month. Tap a day to open it.
* Tap the list button to see your events as a list. Tap **Show earlier days** to scroll back.
* Tap **Today** at the bottom to come back to today.

## Your calendars and colours

Each calendar has its own colour. Under **Calendars** (on a phone, the calendars button at the bottom), tick or untick a calendar to show or hide it.

If a calendar needs to be connected again, you'll see **Reconnect**.

## Add an event

* **On a computer:** click a time in the week, or drag across the times you want. You can also click **New event**.
* **On a phone:** tap an empty time in the day, or tap **+**.

Fill in the title, time, place, notes and guests, tick **Add video link** if you want one, and click **Create**.

## Change an event

Click an event to open it, then click **Edit**. You can change the title, time, place, notes, guests and video link.

On a computer you can also drag an event to move it, or drag its bottom edge to make it longer or shorter.

To move an event to another of your calendars, change **Calendar** in the edit form. This doesn't work for meetings with guests, or for one time of a repeating event. For those, create the event on the other calendar instead.

When you edit one time of a repeating event, the change applies to that time only.

To delete an event, open it and click **Delete** (the bin icon).

## Events other people organised

You can open them, but only the organiser can change them. Click **Open in Google Calendar** or **Open in Outlook** to answer or change it there.

## Guests

In **Guests**, start typing a name. Juno suggests people you've saved in Juno, with their email. You can also type any email address.

Juno asks before it emails anyone: **This will email 2 guests. Send?** They get an update from your calendar, the same as if you changed it there. Choose **Don't send** and nothing changes.

## Juno's extras

* **Past meetings you recorded** are marked **Recorded**. Click **Open notes** to go to the recording.
* **Upcoming meetings with guests** can show **Brief ready**. Open the event to see the brief: your last call with them, what you owe them and what they owe you.

## The month in the sidebar

On a computer, a small month sits in the sidebar, below your chats. Grey dots mark days with events. Click a day to open that week in the Calendar.

## Staying up to date

The Calendar updates on its own about every 90 seconds while it's open, and again when you come back to it. Changes you make in Google or Outlook show up here too.

Juno reads your events for the dates you're looking at, and doesn't store them. See [What we store](/privacy/what-we-store#your-calendar).
