## Bonus months

Your 3rd and 5th paying friends each give you one extra month. You can earn up to 12 free months in any 12 months.

## The fine print

* A free month is worth one of your monthly bills. On a yearly plan, it's \$9.99 of credit.
* It only counts for new people. Existing accounts and your own other email addresses don't count.
* People who sign up with a [given-pen link](/billing/given-pen) don't count.

Your friend's link works for 60 days after they open it.
