# Plans and prices

> One price for the software. The pen is an optional add-on, paid once.

Every plan has the same features. You choose how to pay, and whether you want the pen.

You see the prices for your country. There is no free trial.

## Every plan includes

* Unlimited recording (fair use: 100 hours a month)
* Full transcript with who said what
* Summary, decisions and to-dos
* People detected and remembered
* Ask across every recording with @
* Follow-up emails drafted for you
* A briefing in your inbox after each meeting
* Notes in the language you spoke
* Juno on WhatsApp

## The pen add-on

Add the pen when you sign up, with either plan. We ship it to the address you give on the sign-up form. We ship pens within the United States, Chile and Brazil.

You can also use Juno without the pen: your phone, WhatsApp voice notes, Plaud, Pocket, or any recorder that gives you audio or a transcript.

  If your pen arrives damaged, tell us within 14 days at [hello@tryjunoapp.com](mailto:hello@tryjunoapp.com) and we'll replace it.

## Card and invoices

Go to **Settings → Billing → Card and invoices** and click **Open billing** to update your card or download invoices.

If a payment fails, your account becomes read-only until you update your card.
