  <Step title="Go to Settings → Billing" />

  <Step title="Find Need a break?">

  </Step>
</Steps>

While paused, you can read everything but can't add recordings. Click **Resume now** to come back early.

## Cancel

<Steps>
  <Step title="Go to Settings → Billing" />

  <Step title="Click Cancel plan…">

  </Step>

  <Step title="Read What happens when you cancel" />

  <Step title="Click Cancel my plan" />
</Steps>

## What happens after you cancel

* You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for.
* After that, your account is **read-only**. You can open every recording, note and transcript, but you can't upload, use the pen or WhatsApp, or ask Juno anything.
* Your account is deleted 12 months after your plan ends.

Changed your mind before the end date? Click **Keep my plan**. After it ends, click **Reactivate**. You're charged that day.

<Note>
  Payments aren't refunded, except where local law requires it, such as Brazil's 7-day right to withdraw.
